Where do I begin...

1. 2010 - Starting to promise to be better than last year.

2. Looking forward to the Superbowl next month. The Saints have really turned their game
around this year. Was never much interested in the Saints until this year. I have to root for
the home team. And, by the way, Roll Tide Roll! If LSU couldn't win the championship, then
who better than my home state.

3. It is FREEZING here in South Louisiana! I SO do not like the cold! Or the heat, for that
matter. Not to wish my days away, but COME ON SPRING!

4. I gave my husband a new puppy for Christmas. We lost our dear Bandit, whom we had the
privilege of knowing for 8 1/2 years, on Sept. 11th of this year. (I will have to tell a "Bandit"
story or 2 later.) So, I decided it was time to get another puppy. Her name is Patches and
there will surely be stories about her. We adore her.

5. My son-in-law killed a 12 pt. deer this hunting season. He is an avid hunter. So, I congratulate
him on his "Deer of a lifetime!"

6. Coming from West-Central Alabama, I miss the coziness of a fire in the fireplace in the winter.
No need for one very often here. Nothing like a warm, roaring fire, a good movie and your
puppies sleeping in your lap. That is my "Kodak" moment.
